Full Stack Engineer - Lead/Senior

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications end-to-end.
• Architect backend systems, APIs, and databases to support frontend functionalities.
• Implement modern, responsive UI designs using best-in-class frontend frameworks.
• Write clean, reusable, and optimized code following industry best practices.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and foster technical excellence.
• Lead technical decisions, architecture discussions, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to continuously improve product quality and team efficiency.

Technical Skills

Frontend:

• Expertise in React.js / Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with Redux, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and responsive design.

Backend:

• Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
• Proficiency in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT) and security best practices.

Other Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of Git and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Strong knowledge of system design, scalability, and cloud architecture principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, production-grade web applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions, etc.).
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations, data pipelines, or analytics dashboards.
• Prior experience in startups or fast-paced product environments.
