About the Role: We are seeking a passionate Data Scientist II to join our team. You’ll work on data gathering, exploratory data analysis (EDA), feature engineering, and developing machine learning models. The role involves writing production-level code, designing and deploying algorithms, and maintaining models in live environments. You’ll also manage multiple problems, mentor junior team members, and contribute to patent or publication writing. This is the job you are searching for if you love: ● Data gathering, EDA, feature engineering, and building models ● Writing idiomatic, production-level code and deploying it in live systems ● Designing algorithms using feature engineering, statistical modeling, and ML techniques ● Maintaining and optimizing models in production ● Working on multiple problem statements simultaneously ● Managing stakeholders—both internal and external ● Writing technical documents for patents and publications ● Mentoring junior data scientists You could be the next game changer if you: ● Can define problems based on product or client requirements ● Have strong coding skills—Python preferred ● Are highly proficient in libraries like pandas, numpy, matplotlib, sklearn, seaborn, nltk, scipy, etc. ● Can process data at scale and understand distributed systems ● Have 3–6 years of experience in analytics or data science roles ● Possess strong critical and creative thinking skills ● Have hands-on experience with PyTorch, Keras, and/or TensorFlow ● Bonus: Published patents or papers in national/international peer-reviewed journals or conferences ● Bonus: Experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, or related tools ● Bonus: Background in consumer app or product domains
