● Can define problems based on product or client requirements

● Have strong coding skills—Python preferred

● Are highly proficient in libraries like pandas, numpy, matplotlib, sklearn, seaborn, nltk, scipy, etc.

● Can process data at scale and understand distributed systems

● Have 3–6 years of experience in analytics or data science roles

● Possess strong critical and creative thinking skills

● Have hands-on experience with PyTorch, Keras, and/or TensorFlow

● Bonus: Published patents or papers in national/international peer-reviewed journals or conferences

● Bonus: Experience with Apache Spark, Hadoop, or related tools

● Bonus: Background in consumer app or product domains
