Position Overview:

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience, with experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks. In this role, you will help drive cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our recruitment technology. Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and improve advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for better context and efficiency.
  • Use knowledge graphs for enhanced understanding and hybrid techniques combining dense and sparse data representations.
  • Adapt retrieval methods based on the complexity of queries to optimize performance.
  • Implement HNSW indexes for faster similarity searches and cross-encoder reranking to increase search relevance.
  • Experiment with query expansion using large language models for improved results.
  • Integrate few-shot learning approaches to enhance AI model performance.
  • Refine prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune RAG pipeline outputs.
  • Infuse AI pipelines with reasoning and self-reflection capabilities for better results.
  • Develop and maintain distributed retrieval pipelines for large-scale data processing.
  • Optimize pipelines using quantization and pruning methods to increase efficiency.
  • Set up caching mechanisms for frequently retrieved data, improving response times.
  • Establish evaluation metrics to measure RAG pipeline performance and ensure stability.
  • Monitor AI pipelines to maintain transparency and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Apply advanced text processing techniques, including named entity recognition and coreference resolution, for better data analysis.
  • Develop strategies for handling out-of-scope queries effectively, ensuring robustness.

In this role, your contributions will shape the AI-driven recruitment solutions we offer to our clients. By developing and optimizing RAG frameworks, you'll enable recruiters to more efficiently identify and engage top candidates, transforming the recruitment experience and making a tangible impact on business outcomes.


Required Skills:

  • You need strong Python programming skills, with experience in AI/ML libraries for data processing, analysis, and debugging AI pipelines.
  • Proficiency in RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HayStack, RAGatouille) is crucial for building and refining AI content generation pipelines.
  • Experience with models like GPT-3, GPT-4, BERT, or transformers in RAG workflows is necessary to integrate these into RAG systems for practical use.
  • Knowledge of efficient retrieval methods in RAGOps frameworks is important, along with experience using vector databases like Faiss, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  • The role requires the ability to research and apply emerging technologies, such as knowledge graphs and hybrid retrieval systems, with a passion for staying ahead in AI advancements for real-world applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graph databases and building knowledge graphs.
  • Familiarity with semantic search techniques and dense retrieval methodologies.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and few-shot learning principles.
  • Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Dask).
  • Exposure to MLOps practices and tools.
