Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Primary Skills: (Java, Node.js, Python, Angular, React, NoSQL)

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid/Onsite

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in designing and building enterprise-level applications across backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Java, Node.js, Python, Angular, React, and NoSQL databases, and should be confident in leading development efforts, mentoring team members, and driving technical decisions.

Mandatory Skills:

Backend:

• Strong coding experience with Java, Node.js, and Python
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Deep understanding of OOP principles, concurrency, and scalable service design
• Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot, Express.js, or FastAPI

Frontend:

• Advanced hands-on experience with both Angular and React (component lifecycle, state management, routing)
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+
• Responsive UI/UX design and browser compatibility best practices

Database:

• Expertise in NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB
• Strong knowledge of database design, indexing, and query optimization
• Experience with data caching strategies (e.g., Redis, Memcached)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of full stack applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software
• Drive adoption of best practices in code quality, architecture, and performance
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and participate in code reviews
• Own the full SDLC: from requirements and design to deployment and monitoring
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant

Good to Have:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and services like Lambda, S3, API Gateway
• Agile/Scrum project experience
• Experience with automated testing and TDD/BDD practices
