Description

1. Stack:

   Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Redis, React, HTML/CSS, frontend animation libs (Framer Motion/GSAP), CLI, Windows/Linux/WSL, PowerShell, Bash, Docker, Git, Ansible, Python (minor).

• What you’ll build:

  REST APIs/services, MongoDB models & indexes, Redis caching/queues, webhooks & idempotency, auth/rate-limit/validation/logging, small React screens that consume your APIs, CI-friendly scripts and basic tests.

• Infra & DevEx:

  Dockerize services, run locally with deps, write simple Ansible playbooks for dev/test, use terminals daily (Bash/PowerShell), keep branches clean and PRs reviewable.

• Quality & security:

  OWASP basics, secrets hygiene, metrics/alerts; ship, monitor, fix, repeat.

• Internship duration

  : Minimum 3 months, mutually extendable to 6 months

• Learn the best methods of building AI agents and software automation from our founder who has over 18 years of deep-tech experience

Must-haves:

• Strong command over JS syntax
• Proficient in keyboard shortcuts and configuration of Windows/Mac OS
• Solid Node.js/Express and async patterns
• Practical MongoDB (schemas, indexes, aggregations)
• React fundamentals (hooks, forms, data-fetch)
• Git discipline; work comfortably on Windows/Linux/WSL
• Can containerize and run a service with Docker
• Clear written communication (READMEs, PR notes)

Nice-to-haves:

• Redis (caching/queues like Bull/BullMQ)
• JWT/session flows, rate-limiting, Jest/Vitest
• Playwright basics, Nginx, simple Ansible, small Python utilities
• Micro-interactions with Framer Motion/GSAP.

Take-home Assignment 1:

• Node.js microservice + MongoDB + Redis cache + tiny React admin

Take-home Assignment 2:

• CLI to interface external APIs ↔ DB

Interview process:

Terms for bonus

• Exceptional coders bonus is applicable only if we are able to verify that you have exceptional coding skills
• Relocation bonus is applicable only if you are demonstrably relocating to Mumbai from another city, specificially for this internship
