About the Role:

At Driffle, we are building scalable platforms that power digital products across gaming and

E-commerce. As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end features, from intuitive user interfaces to performant backend APIs and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy web applications using Next.js/React on the frontend and Node.js/NestJS/Fastify on the backend.
• Work with databases like MySQL/MongoDB/PostgreSQL for scalable storage.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs.
• Ensure type-safe development using TypeScript across the stack.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with proper testing (unit/integration).
• Optimize performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment environments (AWS, Vercel, Docker, Kubernetes).

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficiency with React / Next.js for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js frameworks (NestJS, Fastify, or Express).
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with state management (Redux Toolkit, React Query, or similar).
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab).

Added Advantage:

• Experience with monorepo setups (Turborepo, Nx, Lerna).
• Knowledge of search technologies like Meilisearch/Elasticsearch.
• Exposure to microservices or serverless architectures (AWS Lambda).
• Understanding of DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Experience in performance optimization and scaling applications.
• Interest in gaming, fintech, or digital marketplaces.
