Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Full-stack development:

  Build, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications covering both front-end UI and back-end services.

• UI/UX design & implementation:

  Translate wireframes into visually appealing, accessible, and intuitive interfaces.

• AI feature integration:

  Embed chatbots, personalization engines, and other AI/ML components to elevate user experience.

• Testing & debugging:

  Automate functional, UI, and AI-driven tests; diagnose and resolve issues to ensure stability.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-impact features on schedule.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Front-end

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)

Back-end

• Python, Java, or Node.js
• Relational/NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL)

UI/UX Design

• Strong grasp of design principles and accessibility best practices
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD

AI & Machine Learning

• Fundamental ML concepts and algorithms
• Experience using AI-powered UI/UX tools (chatbots, recommendation engines, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing and debugging techniques

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of analytics and A/B testing to measure UX impact
