Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance client services. You will leverage new technologies and adopt a cloud-first and agile mindset to address complex business challenges, ensuring that the solutions you create are both effective and user-friendly. Engaging in continuous learning and adapting to emerging trends will be key components of your role, as you strive to deliver high-quality results that meet client needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop innovative solutions. - Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - Strong understanding of full stack development principles and practices. - Experience with cloud technologies and agile methodologies. - Familiarity with user experience design and implementation. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
