WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and internal tools to support core business systems.
• Build automation scripts and workflows to improve efficiency across operations, data handling, and integrations.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate process requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate and manage third-party APIs, ERP/CRM platforms, and internal systems.
• Optimize existing applications and scripts for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Support front-end teams by enabling clean, well-documented backend endpoints where required.
• Follow Agile development practices, ensure code quality, and maintain version control using Git.
• Document processes, scripts, and systems to ensure long-term maintainability.
  

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in backend development, automation, or full stack engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js) for backend services and script development.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party systems.
• Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Exposure to process automation, workflow optimization, or internal tools development.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React or similar) to collaborate effectively with UI teams.
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments, hosting platforms, and deployment workflows.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Ability to understand business processes and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
