This role sits at the core of our digital foundation. You will not be “executing tickets.” You will be architecting the platform we scale on.

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Full-Stack Website Developer to own the complete web ecosystem of UniXAbroad.

This is a builder role, not a vendor role.

You will work directly with the founders and have real influence over architecture, scalability, performance, and future integrations.

We are not hiring agencies or consulting firms.

We want one solid individual who wants to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

Website Architecture & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain UniXAbroad’s end-to-end web platform
• Build responsive, scalable, and performance-optimized web applications
• Own both frontend and backend development

Frontend

• Translate complex ideas into clean, intuitive UI/UX
• Ensure responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Work closely with brand and content teams to maintain visual consistency.

Backend

• Develop secure and scalable backend systems
• Manage databases, APIs, authentication, and integrations
• Ensure data security, performance, and system reliability

Platform Ownership

• Handle hosting, deployment, performance optimization, and uptime
• Continuously improve site speed, SEO structure, and scalability
• Prepare the platform for future integrations (CRM, dashboards, analytics, LMS,

automation tools)

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work directly with founders on roadmap planning
• Proactively suggest improvements—not just implement instructions
• Think long-term: this platform should hold up for years, not months

Required Skills & Experience

Technical

• Strong experience in full-stack development
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React / Next.js / Vue or equivalent)
• Backend experience (Node.js / Python / PHP or equivalent)
• Database management (SQL / NoSQL)
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Solid understanding of SEO-friendly architecture
• Familiarity with cloud hosting, deployment, and version control (Git)

Professional

• Excellent communication skills (non-negotiable)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Startup mindset: adaptable, proactive, solution-oriented
• High attention to detail and long-term thinking

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹79,359.87 per month
