Full Stack Developer

Overall Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack
• Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and high-quality deliverables
  

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with version control tools like Git
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 4–8 years in software development with a focus on full stack technologies
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub/GitLab
• Prior experience in client-facing roles or product development is a plus
  

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Review peer code and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
