Full Stack Developer

We're building the future Finance and HR automation through AI, and we're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team at Subraps.

What You'll Do

Product Development

• Design and develop modular, high-performance web applications integrating AI features into finance and HR workflows
• Build responsive, intuitive user interfaces that make complex financial and HR data accessible.
• Work with cutting-edge AI technologies to create intelligent, automated workflows

Architecture & Infrastructure

• Develop optimized database schemas for employee and financial data with focus on privacy and scalability
• Build RESTful/GraphQL APIs for seamless internal and external integrations
• Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability

Innovation & Growth

• Take end-to-end ownership from concept to deployment
• Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to accelerate development
• Contribute to architecture decisions and product roadmap in a startup setting

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience in SaaS environments
• Preferably in FinTech, or HRTech based solutions

Technical Expertise:

Front-end:

• React.js / Next.js
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Tailwind or Material UI

Back-end:

• Node.js (Express/NestJS) OR Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django)

Database:

• PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Cloud & DevOps:

• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines

Version Control:

• Git, GitHub/GitLab

Security:

• OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, RBAC

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
