Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our fast-paced engineering team, where you'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems while also contributing to the frontend. This position emphasizes backend development using technologies like Node.js, Express, SQL, MongoDB, and Redis, while also requiring solid experience in React and Next.js for fullstack application development. As part of an AI-driven, highly collaborative team, you'll use modern development tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate workflows and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Focus on building scalable, maintainable backend services using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. Ensure system reliability, performance, and security.

• AI-Powered Development: Utilize AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code to boost development speed, improve code quality, and enhance collaboration across teams.

• Design and integrate RESTful APIs to serve both internal and external systems, ensuring fast and secure communication between services.

• Database Management: Design and optimize MySQL and MongoDB schemas, ensuring high performance and data integrity in backend systems.

• Caching & Optimization: Use Redis for caching and optimizing data access to improve the performance of backend services.

• Frontend Integration: Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate React and Next.js with backend services, ensuring seamless and responsive web applications.

• DevOps & Deployment: Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments on Azure or other cloud platforms.

• Agile Environment: Contribute to agile development cycles, participate in code reviews, and follow best practices for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Performance & Scalability: Ensure that backend systems are optimized for high traffic, high availability, and scalability, using AI-driven development practices.

• Security: Implement security best practices in backend systems, including API authentication (JWT, OAuth) and secure data handling.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 - 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong emphasis on backend development.

• Backend Expertise: Hands-on experience in Node.js, Express, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis. Ability to design efficient, scalable backend architectures.

• AI Development Tools: Experience using Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development, improve testing, and streamline coding workflows.

• Strong understanding of system design, including database architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.

• Proficient in designing and building RESTful APIs, ensuring they are secure, performant, and easy to integrate.

• Familiarity with React and Next.js for full-stack development and seamless integration between frontend and backend.

• Solid experience with Git for version control and working within Agile environments.

• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on Azure, with understanding of cloud architecture and services.
