Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Skysecure Technologies is on the lookout for talented and results-driven professionals to take on the role of Regional Sales Managers, overseeing our sales strategies in the North and South regions of India. As a key player in our rapidly growing IT solutions company, you will be entrusted with driving revenue growth, nurturing strategic customer relationships, and leading high-performing regional sales teams. This role demands a proven track record in IT sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments.
• Grow and manage strategic customer accounts.
• Lead regional sales efforts with a high-energy, results-driven approach.
• Close large, complex deals in technology/SaaS/security domains.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and tech teams.
• Stay updated on cloud, cybersecurity, and AI solution trends.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of proven track record in technology/SaaS/security sales.
• Ability to drive new business and grow key strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments.
• Experience working with cloud, cybersecurity, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
• High-energy leadership with a passion for building customer relationships and closing large deals.
