Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive with an engineering background to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects at our Chennai Office. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Lean methodologies, 5S, and Six Sigma principles to drive process improvements and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost targets are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and engineering. Implement Lean tools to eliminate waste and improve process efficiency. Drive 5S initiatives to ensure workplace organization and safety standards. Support and apply Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement and problem-solving. Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders for seamless project flow. Monitor project risks and take corrective actions where necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical or related fields). 1–3 years of experience in project coordination/execution in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing , 5S principles , and Six Sigma (at least Green Belt preferred) . Proficient in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).
