Job Title: Senior HR Executive – Non-IT Recruitment

Department: Human Resources

Location: Porur,Chennai

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

Industry: Non-IT (e.g., Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Logistics, Healthcare, etc.)

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles across multiple departments. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and alignment with business hiring needs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment processes and talent markets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver within deadlines.
Good understanding of HR policies and labor laws (basic level).
Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/applicant tracking systems.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred: BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.)
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent specialization .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
