About the Role: Eloiacs is seeking a talented Project Lead with a proven track record in full stack development, system design, and deployment . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, technical expertise, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems using modern architectures like microservices . Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects. Design and implement scalable system architectures using microservices and RESTful APIs . Oversee both frontend and backend development ensuring quality and performance. Manage deployments and cloud environments ( AWS , Azure , etc.). Structure and optimize databases ( SQL & NoSQL ). Integrate CRMs, HRMS, and Payroll systems. Communicate effectively with clients and teams in fluent English. * Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Project Lead or Technical Lead . Expertise in React, Angular, Node.js, Java/Python . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and DevOps is a plus.
