Role Summary:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable software solutions. Your responsibilities will span across front-end and back-end development, utilizing a range of technologies and tools to deliver high-quality products. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and deploy software in all layers of the development life cycle with limited supervision.
• Provide necessary documentation to support the development process.
• Work with databases, APIs, servers, and networks, utilizing various programming languages to create robust solutions.
• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular (latest) or React (latest)
• Collaborate with backend engineers to build robust RESTful APIs and integrate with microservices
• Write clean, scalable code in Java for backend services
• Design and implement UI/UX that meets modern usability standards
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for speed and performance
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and performance tuning
• Deploy and maintain applications in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6–8 years of professional experience in full stack development
• Expertise in latest Angular or React JavaScript Libraries
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot preferred) for backend services
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration
• Experience with Microservices Architecture
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git)
• Experience in SQL or NOSQL databases

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in GraphQL preferrable
• Experience with containerization tools like

  Docker

  and orchestration using

  Kubernetes

• Familiarity with cloud-native patterns and tools
• Exposure to automated testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, JUnit)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Agile/Scrum experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field OR equivalent formal training and work experience.
• 6-8 years of relevant work experience in an IT or engineering environment.
• An advanced degree may offset some work experience requirements.
