Full Stack Developer ( .Net and React)

About the Role

We are looking for 5+ years of skilled developers to join our team across multiple tracks — React (Web Application), ASP.NET, and .NET. The ideal candidates will be involved in building and enhancing modern, scalable applications that support our digital transformation initiatives.

Open Positions & Responsibilities

1. Database Developer (DB)

• Design and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and queries.
• Ensure performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
• Work with application teams to implement backend data models and integrations.
• Tech Stack: SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL (as applicable).

2. React Developer (Web App)

• Develop responsive, dynamic web applications using React.js (v16+).
• Implement API integrations, manage state using Redux or similar libraries.
• Collaborate with backend teams for seamless UI–API integration.
• Tech Stack: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, Git.

3. ASP.NET Developer

• Build and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC/Core.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and integrate with databases.
• Work closely with UI/UX and QA teams for smooth delivery.
• Tech Stack: ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, Web API, JavaScript, SQL Server.

4. .NET Developer

• Design and develop backend services and APIs using .NET 6/7.
• Ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
• Support integration with front-end systems and databases.
• Tech Stack: .NET 6/7, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, REST APIs.

General Requirements

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with QA, UX, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience in microservices architecture.
• Prior work in enterprise or domain-specific applications.

Performance Expectations

• Consistent delivery within sprint timelines.
• Maintain code quality and participate in regular code reviews.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams to meet business objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
