Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with additional experience in Next.js considered a plus. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs for efficient communication between systems.
• Work with UI/UX teams to implement modern and responsive designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while optimizing performance.
• Implement best practices for security and data protection.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks in web development.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Experience with Next.js is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap or Material-UI frameworks.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with Git or other version control tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
