Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 4–8 years of experience to design, develop, and implement best-in-class software solutions. You will contribute independently and collaboratively, leveraging your expertise in Oracle technologies and modern software stacks to deliver robust, scalable products for our clients. This role requires strong technical acumen, a passion for high-quality delivery, and a focus on process adherence.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, SOAP and REST Web Services.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, JUnit, JMeter, Eclipse, GIT, Jira, Ant, and Unix Shell scripting.
- Knowledge of application servers (WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss) and middleware (JMS, MQ, OSB).
- Experience in software design, development, and configuration management.
- Familiarity with product implementation/support and code/design reviews.
- Solid understanding of SDLC—both Agile and Waterfall models.
Good-to-Have:
- Exposure to OBIEE, BIP, and microservices architecture.
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment.
- Familiarity with security concepts (PKI, SSO, SAML).
- Experience with UI/UX tools for storyboarding, prototyping, and screen design.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deliver software solutions across the application stack.
- Drive product implementation and provide post-implementation support as needed.
- Participate in code/design reviews and ensure standards and quality requirements are met.
- Adhere to Oracle’s internal processes and SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- Work closely with developers, designers, business/system analysts, and partner banks to ensure timely and robust delivery of Oracle solutions.
- Utilize and maintain version control, testing, and build tools as part of the development lifecycle.
- Create technical documentation, storyboards, UI prototypes, and mock-ups.
- Ensure security practices, container deployments, and cloud solutions are effectively integrated.
