We are currently Pre-Incubated at the DTU Innovation & Incubation Foundation (DTU-IIF) and have received early interest from multiple potential investors.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer Intern who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-impact products.
You will work directly with the founding team to build the core MVP of NaukriScore — the foundation of India’s future HR scoring infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on real-world applications involving AI, Blockchain, and Data Privacy (DPDP Act compliance) within a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend components using React.js / Next.js with a focus on responsive and user-centric design.
• Build and integrate backend APIs using Node.js / Express.
• Manage and query databases (Supabase / PostgreSQL) efficiently.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization workflows (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Integrate third-party APIs for identity verification and consent-based data sharing.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following modern development practices.
• Collaborate with designers, founders, and other interns to bring new features to life.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation of product modules.
• Contribute to the evolution of NaukriScore’s tech stack, especially in AI/Blockchain integration.

Required Skills & Tools

Frontend: React.js / Next.js, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, JavaScript (ES6+)
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs
Database: PostgreSQL / Supabase
Version Control: Git, GitHub
Other Tools: Postman, VS Code, Docker (optional), AWS/Azure (basic understanding)

Good to Have:

• Understanding of data security and encryption practices
• Familiarity with JWT, OAuth, or similar authentication protocols
• Experience working with APIs (Aadhaar, KYC, or consent-based systems)
• Basic DevOps exposure (deployment, CI/CD, environment variables)

What You’ll Learn

• End-to-end product development from design to deployment
• Real-world exposure to HR-tech, AI, and Blockchain-based systems
• Data privacy compliance (DPDP Act) and consent-driven architecture
• Working directly with a founding team driving national-scale innovation
• Experience in building a VC-ready, scalable SaaS product

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Prior experience (internships, projects, freelance) in full-stack development preferred
• Must be able to commit minimum 3 months (extendable to 6 months)
