Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development (React.js)

1. Architect, develop, and maintain advanced user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and modern component libraries (e.g., MUI, Tailwind).
2. Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
3. Integrate frontend with backend services via REST/GraphQL APIs.
4. Implement state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API) effectively.

• Backend Development (Node.js & Python)

1. Build RESTful and asynchronous APIs using Node.js (Express/Nest.js) and Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django).
2. Design and maintain scalable server-side architecture and microservices.
3. Work with both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
4. Develop and implement authentication/authorization protocols (JWT, OAuth2).
5. Manage background tasks and asynchronous workflows (e.g., using Celery with Python).

• DevOps & Architecture

1. Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and define coding standards.
2. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean).
3. Implement containerization (Docker) and orchestrate services (Kubernetes or Docker Compose).
4. Ensure application security, performance tuning, and API monitoring/logging.

• Team Collaboration & Leadership

1. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to align technical and business goals.
2. Mentor junior developers and lead by example in writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
3. Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment and support.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 2–3 years of full stack development experience.
2. Expert proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Python.
3. Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and full software development lifecycle.
4. Proficient in working with Git, Docker, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, REST/GraphQL, and Cloud Services.
5. Experience in developing scalable microservices and handling high traffic systems.
6. Solid understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, PyTest, etc.).
7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills:

1. Experience with Next.js or Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
2. Background in machine learning or data engineering using Python.
3. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
4. Experience with real-time communication (WebSockets, Socket.IO).
