Key Responsibilities 1. Product Development

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of Edzy’s web applications.
• Collaborate with the product, design, and content teams to turn ideas into high-quality, user-focused solutions.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance across all layers of the tech stack.

2. Front-End Development

• Build responsive, intuitive interfaces using React.js / Next.js / Vue.js (or similar frameworks).
• Integrate APIs, handle state management, and ensure smooth UI/UX experiences.
• Optimize performance and cross-browser compatibility.

3. Back-End Development

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js / Express.js / Django / Flask.
• Work with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL) for efficient data management.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices.

4. Integration & Deployment

• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Firebase, Azure) for deployment and infrastructure management.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
• Maintain version control using Git / GitHub and ensure code quality through peer reviews.

5. Collaboration & Innovation

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose technical improvements, and implement new features proactively.
• Stay updated with latest technologies and frameworks relevant to web app development.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with React.js / Next.js (front-end) and Node.js / Express.js (back-end).
• Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of API design, REST principles, and authentication systems (JWT, OAuth).
• Experience with Git, cloud services (AWS/Firebase), and deployment pipelines.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript or Python (Django/Flask).
• Understanding of DevOps and Docker / Kubernetes.
• Experience in building scalable SaaS or EdTech products.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration, APIs, or chatbot systems.
