Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to join our dynamic and growing development team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern web technologies and a passion for building scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and data integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code with strong attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are maintained.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of full stack development experience.
• Expert proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong knowledge of jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Basic knowledge of Python and MySQL is preferred.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of deployment and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred).
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, security practices, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
