Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable front-end and back-end applications. • Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in code quality, architecture, and process. • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with technical requirements and business objectives. • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and implement features. • Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations. • Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code. • Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and security. • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and other agile ceremonies. • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents. • Document technical specifications, processes, and system architecture. • Continuously explore and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and technologies. Required Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, including team leadership experience. • Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in front-end technologies: • JavaScript, React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS • State management tools (Redux, TanStack Query, Zustand, etc.) • Experience with Angular, Vue.js, React Native is a plus. • Experience with Firebase, frontend performance optimization. • Strong experience with back-end technologies: • Node.js, Express.js, Python, Java, Spring Boot • RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Microservices • Database experience: • SQL & NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) • ORM/ODM tools (e.g., Prisma, Drizzle, Mongoose) • Experience integrating services like Google Maps API • Strong understanding of Git-based version control (GitHub, GitLab) • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Deployment & rollback strategy • Experience deploying to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for microservices orchestration. • Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology. • Strong grasp of system design, distributed architecture, and security best practices (JWT, OAuth, RBAC). • Excellent communication, team collaboration, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
