About The Role
We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our dynamic team at Turing. This role focuses on building modern, scalable solutions that power AI products and evaluation workflows. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces. Your contributions will directly influence the development of datasets, evaluation pipelines, and features that ensure large language models (LLMs) behave in alignment with real-world user needs. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in full-stack web development, with advanced skills in JavaScript and TypeScript. A proven track record in building scalable web applications using Node.js, Nest.js, and at least one popular frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is essential. Candidates should have experience designing web app architecture, implementing rigorous testing protocols, and maintaining clean, readable code. A solid understanding of modular development practices and scalable system design is required. A minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities in English, and the capacity to collaborate asynchronously with international teams are also critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality JavaScript and TypeScript services and user interfaces that support AI training and evaluation processes.
- Design, implement, and optimize evaluation pipelines, documenting the rationale behind design choices and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on creating and refining datasets for supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Conduct thorough code reviews, promote best practices, and elevate overall code quality across the development stack.
- Participate in cross-team discussions to align development efforts with project goals and user needs.
- Contribute to the documentation and testing of features to ensure robustness and reproducibility.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into ongoing projects.
