As a Sr Full Stack Java and React Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex web applications using Java and React. You will work closely with the product management and design teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web-based applications using Java and React Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Write well-designed, testable, efficient code Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle Follow industry best practices and standards Requirements Proven work experience as a Sr Full Stack Java and React Developer Strong knowledge of Java, React, and related frameworks Experience with responsive web design and development Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Roles And Responsibilities Designing and developing high-quality software solutions using Java and React technologies Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver scalable and reliable applications Leading and mentoring junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices Participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of bug-free applications Contributing to the technical architecture and design discussions to meet business needs Researching and implementing new technologies to enhance the software development process Working with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements Providing technical guidance and support to team members and maintaining a high standard of delivery Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software development Adhering to the company coding standards and software development procedures.
