Job Description:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer (Tech Lead) who’s not just great at coding but also thrives on leading a team, mentoring developers, and taking full ownership of products. If you love working with React.js, Node.js, MySQL, NoSQL, and have hands-on experience with server management, this role is for you!

You’ll be responsible for building and scaling applications, ensuring best practices, and making tech decisions that drive the product forward. Beyond coding, you’ll delegate tasks, guide your team, and ensure smooth project execution using Jira, GitLab, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

· Develop & maintain web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).

· Architect and optimize databases using MySQL & NoSQL for performance and scalability.

· Apply design patterns to create clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

· Own the product—from development to deployment, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.

· Manage server infrastructure and handle cloud deployments.

· Mentor and support the development team, helping them grow technically and professionally.

· Oversee task assignments, sprint planning, and progress tracking using Jira.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals align with business needs.

· Use GitLab for version control, CI/CD, and code review processes.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

· Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

· Proficiency with MySQL & NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).

· Solid understanding of design patterns and scalable architectures.

· Experience with GitLab & CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment workflows.

· Comfortable working with Jira for task tracking and sprint planning.

· Hands-on experience in server management & cloud deployments.

· A strong leader & mentor who can guide and empower the team.

· A problem-solver with great communication skills and a proactive mindset.
