Sales QA Trainee

Designation: Sales QA Trainee (Marketing Edu. Bg.)

Shift: Rotational (US/UK) shift

Roles & Responsibility:

• Review marketing-submitted sales assets (e.g., pitch decks, brochures, one-agers, case studies, etc.) for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

• Check for typos, formatting errors, missing data, or brand guideline violations.

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to suggest corrections and ensure changes are implemented.

• Maintain a checklist or QA process to standardize review workflows.

• Flag discrepancies in tone, messaging, or visual inconsistencies across assets.

• Communicate feedback clearly and professionally across teams.

• Assist in updating or version-tracking older assets where needed.

Qualifying criteria:

• Strong command of written and spoken English.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical mindset.

• Ability to work independently, manage time, and handle multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in basic design tools (like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva) is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with sales/marketing collateral is a bonus, but not required.
