Job Title: Client Success Manager Work Type: WFO only Nature of Job: Full-time Permanent Shift: Rotational Shift (US/UK) Requirement: Female candidate only Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: · Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and act as their advocate within the company. 2. Campaign Strategy and Planning: · Collaborate with clients to understand their lead generation goals and objectives. · Work with internal teams to develop lead generation strategies and plans tailored to each client's needs. 3. Campaign Execution and Management: · Oversee the successful implementation of lead generation campaigns. · Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed client expectations. · Ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. 4. Data Analysis and Reporting: · Analyse lead generation data to provide insights and recommendations to clients. · Create regular performance reports and conduct meetings with clients to review results. 5. Client Training and Support: · Provide training and support to clients on the use of lead generation tools and platforms. · Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 6. Client Retention and Upselling: · Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or expanding current campaigns. · Develop strategies to increase client retention rates. 7. Feedback and Improvement: · Gather client feedback and insights to continually improve lead generation services. · Collaborate with the product and sales teams to address client needs and develop new solutions. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). · Proven experience in B2B lead generation, account management, or client success. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Data-driven with the ability to analyse and interpret campaign performance data. · Knowledge of lead generation tools and platforms. · Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills. · High level of customer focus and dedication to client satisfaction. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Excellent organizational and time management skills. · Adaptability and willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
