About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic engineering team in the healthcare technology domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across the full development lifecycle from front-end interfaces to back-end services and database management. You will work on building high-quality, scalable applications and ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Python and JavaScript.
• Work with frameworks/libraries such as

  React.js

  and

  Django

  .

Database Management:

• Handle MySQL, MS-SQL, and general SQL queries.
• Optimize database structures and queries for better performance.

API Development & Integration:

• Build and integrate APIs for multiple internal tracking and business systems.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and secure data exchanges.

Front-End Development:

• Develop engaging and intuitive user interfaces using

  HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

  .

System Reliability & Optimization:

• Configure and manage server resources for optimal performance.
• Utilize

  AWS services

  for scalable storage and computing.
• Troubleshoot system issues to maintain high availability (target uptime ≥99%).
• Continuously enhance back-end functionalities and reduce recurring issues.

Server & Tools Management:

• Manage servers and overall system health.
• Use tools such as

  Visual Studio 2019, MS SQL Server, phpMyAdmin, and GitHub

  for development, version control, and database administration.

Security & Audits:

• Participate in or perform automated audits to ensure zero vulnerabilities across critical systems.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay updated with emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, IoT, app development) and apply new skills to improve full-stack capabilities.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Programming:

  Python, JavaScript

• Databases:

  MySQL, MS-SQL, SQL

• Frameworks:

  React.js, Django

• Web Technologies:

• Cloud & Tools:

  AWS, GitHub, Version control

Experience

• 2–4 years of professional experience in software or full-stack development.
• Proven success in improving system efficiency and reducing response times.
• Experience optimizing APIs and back-end functionalities.
• Hands-on experience managing servers and scaling applications.
• Practical experience working with AWS solutions.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
