Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (frontend) and Node.js (backend). The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing both client-side and server-side components while collaborating closely with our product and design teams.

Key Responsibilities
Frontend (React)

• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.
• Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries.
• Integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication with the backend.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with designers to convert wireframes and mockups into functional features.

Backend (Node.js)

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Implement business logic, database models, and integrations.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of backend systems.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Troubleshoot and debug server-side issues.

General Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Design).
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks and state management.
• Solid experience with Node.js, Express.js, and API development.
• Experience with databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub).
• Experience with deployments and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) is a plus.
• Good understanding of responsive design and RESTful architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
