Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Full Stack Developer (Fresher/Junior) who will primarily focus on Frontend Development while also contributing to Backend Development tasks. In this role, you will work with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, PHP, CodeIgniter, WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.

What We Expect

● Frontend Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React

● Backend Technologies: PHP, CodeIgniter, and Node.js

● CMS & Website Builders: WordPress, Shopify, Wix (customization + development)

● Databases: MySQL – ability to perform CRUD operations and basic database handling.

Core Competencies

● Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, debugging, and problem-solving.

● Clarity on how frontend + backend communicate through APIs.

● Ability to analyze UI/UX designs and convert them into functional pages.

● Ability to learn fast, adapt quickly, and take ownership of tasks.

● You must be able to show your work through GitHub or a project portfolio.

What You’ll Do

● Build responsive, clean, and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.

● Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, functional web pages.

● Develop reusable React components and manage application state.

● Debug and fix UI/UX issues across devices and browsers.

● Support backend development using PHP & CodeIgniter.

● Work with MySQL for storing, retrieving, and managing data.

● Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

● Customize and maintain websites built on WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.

● Improve performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness of websites.

● Collaborate with the development team on real production-level client projects.

Preferred Qualifications

● 0-2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

● Internship experience in web development (optional).

● Familiarity with deployment platforms (Vercel, Netlify, cPanel, etc.) is a plus.

● Understanding of API testing tools (Postman) is an added advantage.

● Basic knowledge of AWS or other cloud servers (DigitalOcean, Google Cloud, etc.).
