Experience:

5 - 9 Years (with 45 years in .NET & React)Are you a passionate full-stack developer with strong leadership skills? Were looking for a Full Stack Development Lead to drive architecture, design, and delivery of scalable applications using .NET Core, React.js, and Microsoft Azure. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine hands-on coding with team leadership, and to shape high-quality cloud-native applications in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of full stack developersDefine coding standards, architecture, and best practicesBuild and scale applications with .NET Core, React.js, Azure servicesDevelop REST APIs, Microservices & Azure FunctionsDrive CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOpsEnsure applications are secure, scalable, and cloud-optimizedCollaborate with product, QA, and stakeholders to deliver excellence

Required Skills

Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React.jsHands-on with Azure Functions, App Services, Azure StorageProficient in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)Solid experience with SQL databases & EF CoreKnowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and Agile practicesExcellent communication & stakeholder management

Good to Have

Exposure to Cosmos DB, Event Grid, Service Bus, Logic AppsExperience with Docker/Kubernetes for cloud-native deploymentsKnowledge of GraphQL, gRPC, event-driven architecturesFamiliarity with Clean Architecture & DDD
