Our platform runs on PHP + React, now evolving into a full Azure-powered framework. it’s a chance to lead, build, and innovate from scratch with full-stack engineering + AI/ML superpowers. You’ll work on modern databases, APIs, authentication, cloud deployments, CI/CD, and deep product engineering.

You will take complete ownership of building a scalable platform on Azure and work closely with the founders to drive impact and shape engineering culture.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Full Stack + AI/ML Champion to join early and shape EduNXT’s next-generation platform. You’ll build core features, architect intelligent systems, and drive AI-led innovation in a 0-to-1, high-ownership role.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Engineering
• Build responsive, high-performance UIs
• Integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and 3rd-party services
• Implement secure JWT/OAuth authentication
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance across web and mobile
• Support deployments and automation via CI/CD pipelines on Azure & AWS
• Work with MySQL & PostgreSQL
• Develop across Node.Js/ PHP backend and React.js/Next.js frontend

AI + Intelligent Systems

• Integrate LLMs, ML pipelines, agentic workflows, and intelligent modules
• Build AI-powered automation, insights, and decision-support features
• Experiment with LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, and similar frameworks
• Rapidly prototype and deploy AI-led features
• Build intelligent systems capable of reasoning and autonomous action

Leadership & Ownership

• Act as the technical champion of the product
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce engineering best practices
• Collaborate with founders on architecture and product roadmap
• Drive fast, high-quality development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of hands-on development experience
• Strong expertise in Next.js, and responsive UI/UX
• Backend experience (PHP exposure is a plus)
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL & MySQL
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure)
• Understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps workflows
• Experience with Python, AI/ML, LLMLs, or ML is a strong plus
• Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills
