Frontend Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Frontend Engineer (React, Next.js) who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoys creating seamless, user-centric experiences. As part of our agile and cross-functional team, you will play a key role in designing and implementing responsive, scalable web applications using modern frontend technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex frontend solutions.
• Build responsive, high-performance web applications using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and enhance existing ones.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability by writing clean, reusable, and efficient code.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and best practices.
• Drive frontend architecture decisions and contribute to the evolution of the development process.
• Mentor junior engineers and help them grow their technical expertise.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Frontend Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, Web APIs, REST, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Hands-on experience building responsive, high-performance applications.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science/IT (BCA/MCA also acceptable).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to Next.js framework.
• Prior experience in IT Services, Product Startups, or boutique consulting firms (e.g., ThoughtWorks, EPAM, Persistent, Happiest Minds).
• Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack) and version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and design patterns.
• Experience with other modern frameworks (Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
