We are seeking an experienced *Exports Lead* to spearhead our FMCG (food) export operations.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven sales leader with strong FMCG B2B experience, well-connected in the industry, and capable of managing large-scale export sales across Asia and/or Africa.---

*Working Days:** 6 days/week**Education: Graduation**Experience: Minimum 7 years in B2B business & sales order cycle
* Minimum **5 years** in: - Sales forecasting (primary & secondary sales)
*Immediate to 30days- Joinee*

**Location Preference:** Local candidates from Delhi/NCR*
**Industry Experience:** FMCG (food) with private/white labelling background***Sales Target Experience: Managed sales targets of *minimum ₹5 Cr/month or \$5M annual topline

* Managing market spend/trade activations & ROI
* Handling distributors across Asia and/or Africa* Proven track record in **export sales strategies**, market expansion, NPDs (New Product Development), product launches, JBP (Joint Business Planning), distribution/channel management* Strong connections with FMCG buyers* Experience in budgeting, financials, and value chain models* Comfortable traveling internationally to export markets as required* Experience dealing directly with GM and Director levels-

**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute export sales strategies for FMCG (food) products* Drive market expansion and establish strong distributor networks in Asia/Africa* Manage private label and white label projects* Lead sales forecasting with high accuracy for both primary & secondary sales* Oversee market spend, trade activations, and ROI analysis* Conduct new product launches and joint business planning with partners* Maintain P\&L accountability, pricing strategies, and value chain optimization* Build and maintain relationships with key FMCG buyers* Provide in-depth market demand insights and shopper trend analysis* Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business targets-

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
