Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities Develop high-performance, modular, and scalable frontend architecture. Ensure seamless design execution by working closely with designers and product teams. Build user-facing features for Vance's web app and internal tools, optimizing for responsiveness and speed. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following software engineering best practices. Integrate with REST APIs, GraphQL, and state management libraries like Redux or React Context. Optimize web experiences to function seamlessly across all major browsers and devices. Keep up with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance Vance's frontend ecosystem. Requirements 3-5 years in frontend development, ideally in a product-based startup or fast-moving tech environment. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js (or other modern frontend frameworks), TypeScript, and component-based UI development. Ability to take full responsibility for features from concept to execution, deployment, and maintenance. Experience optimizing web applications for speed, efficiency, and scalability. Comfortable working with design systems, ensuring a pixel-perfect implementation. A pragmatic approach to debugging and improving web performance.
