Job Summary:

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional service to guests. This role supports the Front Office Manager in supervising the front desk team, managing guest relations, handling complaints, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide front office staff (receptionists, concierge, bell staff) during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure efficient check-in/check-out procedures and accurate guest billing.
  • Address guest concerns, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor front desk operations to ensure adherence to hotel policies and quality standards.
  • Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high service levels.
  • Maintain front office supplies, systems, and guest amenities inventory.
  • Prepare and submit shift reports, daily occupancy, and revenue data as required.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.
  • Handle escalated issues or emergencies in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
  • Ensure security of guest information and compliance with data protection policies.
  • Promote upselling of rooms and services to maximize revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in front office or guest service roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
