About the Role:

Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure the reception area is tidy and professional.
  • Handle courier services, office supplies, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with HR and Admin teams for day-to-day office support.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing front office operations efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with

    2–4 years of experience

    in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication (spoken & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Well-groomed, courteous, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
