Job Description

As a Front Office Support Consultant & Lead, your role involves managing and maintaining on-premises Exchange 2019/SE servers, Hybrid, M365 EXO, and Proofpoint Email Protection. You will be responsible for configuring and managing email security solutions like Proofpoint email protection/SER and ensuring that policies/rules are reviewed periodically. Additionally, you should have knowledge in ITIL processes and utilize ServiceNow for ticketing, incident/Service request/Change management. Your key responsibilities include: - Performing health checks for TS/BidFX systems - Working closely with vendors and business teams - Enabling broker onboarding - Supporting incidents and enhancements - Coordinating with various IT teams to ensure systems are operational as per SOP - Participating in DR, BCP activities, audits, and yearly upgrades - Supporting shifts for US and UK Market Mandatory Skills required: - Experience in supporting third-party and internal applications - Experience in trading applications (e.g., Trading Screen, BidFX) or other trade execution systems - Monitoring batches - Ability to write SQL queries for troubleshooting - Business domain knowledge of equities, FX, and derivatives - Trade flow and compliance knowledge Qualifications: - Any Graduate (Preferably graduated in IT) Experience: - Minimum 10 years of experience in application/production support Please note that the job location can be in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Remote.,
