Job Description

As a Facility Experience Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to streamline all operation-related requests by the employees. This includes managing the front desk (reception) and Enforma from assigning requests to closing them. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the Front Desk (reception) - Organizing Lunch/Dinner for various senior management meetings - Booking Desk and Meeting Room - Providing logistic support for organizing training/workshops - Tracking and reporting various applicable reports based on team requirements - Office stationery management on a need basis - Managing Enforma by assigning and closing requests raised, and generating reports to share with the team - Acting as a point of contact between employees, expats, and the P&A team - Expat management - Managing the Vendor Management system for the entry and exit of guests and expats To excel in this role, you must have skills in Community Relations, Front Office management, general administration, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
