Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Specialist located in New Delhi. The Purchase Specialist will manage daily purchasing activities, including creating and overseeing purchase orders, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely procurement of materials. The role involves analyzing purchasing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The Purchase Specialist will also monitor market trends and negotiate contracts to achieve the best prices for the company. Qualifications Expertise in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchasing Experience with creating and managing Purchase Orders Strong Analytical Skills Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
