Job Description

As a Facility Experience Coordinator, your role will involve streamlining all operation-related requests by the employees. This includes managing the front desk (reception) and the Enforma end to end, from assigning the request to closing it. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the Front Desk (reception) - Organizing Lunch / Dinner for various senior management meetings - Booking Desk and Meeting Room - Providing logistic support for organizing training / workshop - Tracking and reporting various applicable reports based on team requirements - Office Stationery management on a need basis - Managing Enforma by assigning and closing requests, connecting with employees to understand and resolve issues, and generating reports for the team - Acting as a PR liaison between Employee, Expats, and P&A team - Expat management - Managing Vendor Management system, including entry & exit of guests & expats Qualifications Required: - Community Relations experience - Front Office management skills - General administration knowledge - Strong Communication Skills No additional details about the company are provided in the job description.,
