Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Bhopal for a Front Office Specialist. The Front Office Specialist will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries. Other day-to-day tasks include appointment scheduling, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth front office operations. Qualifications Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and excellent Customer Service skills Effective Communication skills Relevant experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is beneficial
