Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Banquet Sales Manager at Giovanni Village Resort & Spa. The Banquet Sales Manager will be responsible for driving banquet sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and working closely with the catering and event planning teams. Responsibilities include managing banquet inquiries, providing customized event solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the seamless execution of events to meet client satisfaction and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Catering Sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong skills in Customer Service to foster long-lasting client relationships and provide exceptional guest experiences
• Proficiency in Event Planning, including coordinating logistics, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful event delivery
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales strategies and the ability to tailor offerings to client needs
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and across departments
• Prior experience in hospitality or luxury event sales is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field preferred
