Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bhopal for a Front Office Specialist. The Front Office Specialist will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries. Other day-to-day tasks include appointment scheduling, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth front office operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and excellent Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Relevant experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is beneficial
