Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office professional to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including receptionist duties and guest relations.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and resolve their queries efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions and guest information.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained at all times.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office professional in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
