As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front office operations within the Front Office/Guest Services department, ensuring a seamless and guest-centric experience for all visitors from the moment of arrival until departure. Your role will involve managing front desk personnel, addressing guest complaints, optimizing room occupancy, and coordinating with various departments to deliver exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, reservations, concierge, and guest services. You will be required to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, handle any guest concerns efficiently, and uphold high standards of guest service. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in training, scheduling, and supervising front office staff to maintain optimal performance and professionalism. Monitoring room availability, occupancy rates, and revenue targets will be essential, requiring close collaboration with the reservations team. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate billing, cashiering, and audit procedures, as well as preparing reports on occupancy, revenues, staff performance, and guest feedback. Collaboration with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs is a key aspect of this role. Enforcing hotel policies, safety procedures, and service protocols will be part of your responsibilities, along with leading by example in customer service and grooming standards. This is a full-time position with benefits including provided food, and the work schedule may involve day shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts.
